Demanding some poor Sony worker stuck in the endless treadmill of a Japanese mega corp prostrate themselves is a bit much though, but ya removing all physical media sucks.

Fully agree with you on physical media. It was fun while it lasted.

But if you harass employees of a company, and that company decides to stop having you as a customer, that is called common sense or "the consequences of your own actions".

Just stop giving them your money, vote with your feet, etc.
