Bluesky's latest foray into AI isn't exactly sitting well with what appears to be the vast majority of the platform's user base.

If it were a 'decentralized' network, they could, as Jay Graber famously coined, "fork off" within the ATmosphere, but they can't, because it is not.
So, they can migrate to Mastodon.

@mastodonmigration what will they do about it? Do what they always do, run to the next corporate platform that promises not to be like the rest. Of course they should seriously consider mastodon, but they want 1:1 functionality, which will never happen (esp., because we don't have the very algorithms they both love and hate). It's frustrating to witness.
