Senza categoria#RomanSiteSaturday: the #Roman burial chamber of a wealthy family in Cologne-Weiden. The subterranean burial chamber (hypogaeum) dates back to the 2nd century AD. It's considered the best preserved of its kind north of the Alps. It was discovered during construction works in 1843.
