Senza categoria@chris I find it odd the billing is quarterly. We’re billed monthly here and any way out of line usage is notified the same month.
When we moved out of our old house before it was torn down there was an issue when the asbestos abatement crew didn’t secure the house. People got in, messed with things, and one of the pipes was ruptured. We figure it was going for a couple of weeks before Epcor notified me. It was a couple thousand dollars of water but the builder covered it as it was their fuck up.
