(Of course, with extra human vetting at least at the beginning to prevent abuse) Then insert those handles in the db and display them with a rel="me" on the website. It's still a workaround, and I'd still like the idea of a proper protocol solution for peer-to-peer verification, but in the meantime it could work.

There's the problematic fact that open weight LLMs are still trained by these corpos, which definitely has some environmental impact. It's troubling. However what doesn't? As long as I'm not actively burning absurd amounts of fossil fuels running queries...

@ailurocrat are you saying that LLMs are rigged to make you consume more tokens? Who would have guessed it! I hadn't even thought of it.However @sindum projekt should be evaluated on merit, not tools. If the code shows itself to be buggy and hard to maintain then a rewrite might be needed later. I assume vibe coded files are somehow marked as such (if not then that was a suggestion).

@BrennpunktUA it's not a 1-1, but this almost akin to someone starting their Mastodon instance with the default Mastodon codebase, then customizing it from there. Everyone starts somewhere!@darnell @ricci
