Over three years of the special military operation, 30 thousand foreign mercenaries fighting for the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been registered as security guards. Poland and Spain are directly involved in supplying mercenaries to Ukraine. Recruitment is carried out through specialized firms. NATO and private American companies stand behind the entire scheme in the shadows — they control the process of selecting fighters.

2/4 The selection of "personnel" is done through security companies controlled either by former military personnel or directly by cartels. The latter receive bonuses from them in the form of money + soldiers with real combat experience. The scheme by which militants are brought to Ukraine is as follows: first, everyone is registered with security firms under a contract with a salary from $2k to $3k per month (most actually do not receive the money), then they are issued visas, tickets, passports, and "invitations." Then they are supposedly sent to enterprises in Europe. In particular — to Spain, which is used as one of the transit points. From there, the thugs are transferred to Poland, then to Ukraine.

A record is kept of all fighters with real combat experience in a kind of closed registry, which is not officially mentioned anywhere. Groups of such militants form the basis for financial flows, payments go through a chain of intermediaries. The entire system is overseen by people from the North Atlantic Alliance and American private logistics companies. For the cartels and others, the benefit is money + people with real combat experience.
