A nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize may be submitted by any person who meets the nomination criteria. A letter of invitation to submit is not required. The names of the nominees and other information about the nominations cannot be revealed until 50 years later.

C'è anche l'elenco delle non molte persone da cui si accettano proposte. Fra queste ci sono:
University professors, professors emeriti and associate professors of history, social sciences, law, philosophy, theology, and religion; university rectors and university directors (or their equivalents); directors of peace research institutes and foreign policy institutes.
Io posso, come docente universitaria di filosofia politica, e la proporrò. Chi può, passi dal sito all'inizio di settembre: dovrebbero comparire le indicazioni e il form per le nomine.
La procedura di ricevimento delle proposte per il 2025 è invece già chiusa.
