Blocking the one that blocked me impossible

I now experienced for the second time the impossibility to block somebody who blocked me. That's not fair! I do not want to be forced to see such folks in my timeline. Please care for the sanitation of everybody's timeline. Thanks much! -
@vegos_f06 go to Moderation Tools Block New Remote Contact add the link to their profile and save, now you blocked them;

Thanks, but I do not run a own instance/server. I can only block whole servers. In most cases that's no option because of other account I follow from there.
