@smallcircles @spraoi @gumnos @evanBefore we started internalizing the jargon from across the pond, we Italians had a habit of simply calling someone a “testa di cazzo,” roughly “dickhead.” It was neutral and inclusive: it could apply to anyone. We didn't need words like fascist, racist, homophobe, antivaxxer, Russian troll, or whatever else is trendy. Someone could simply be a dickhead. Nothing less, nothing more.

@chrisafk The cameras for specific functions like running red lights and speeding I support only because those behaviors are causing the deaths of more than 20 pedestrians per day in the USA. But they need to be regulated by the state and have total transparency within limits.

I'm not updated on what current day screenreaders can do. I'd assume they can deal with JS these days, but I don't know for sure. Screenreaders read all text on a page out loud for people with visual impairments. How your site looks doesn't matter to screenreader software. The semantic structure of the HTML matters.

Lol maybe it's because every time I open the app I uninstall it. Kidding. I did see some absolutely incredible ways of teaching and learning math that made me utterly furious at the American education system. We teach academic subjects in the absolutely dumbest way possible. I learned that on Tiktok.
