@raccoonforfriendicaapp Finally we did it! After two years since its start and after more than one year since the latest 0.x release, version 1.0 is out!
During the last months the app has been ported to desktop and enhanced for large screens, support for push notifications has been baked in, new translations have been added, accessibility has been improved, support for external translation engines has been introduced, the code has been polished and updated.
It has been quite a journey, with its pauses and its rushes. I have not enough words to thank everyone who helped and encouraged me through it. You are awesome, really!
This is not the end, though, now it's time to collect more feedback and start over... If you want to contribute, please download the app, test it, report issues and improvement suggestions and, of course , spread the word if you like it.

@dieguitux8623 @raccoonforfriendicaapp I found the app just two days ago and I love how it suddenly makes #friendica a feasible project from my point of view.
I'm scratching my head how to make Friendica groups an alternative to FB groups. It's sorely needed in my community(ies) where every's using FB groups.
I have some suggestions I would like to make. Like the "profile view" for a group should default to "classic view" and post and replies, to be useful.
