@snow @privacypride I know all that. It's just that it's hard to trust random instances, I mean I don't even know much about who operates it and if they respect and value user privacy or not. That's why I try to check if it's private and safe to use before I use the instance. I'm talking about all SearXNG Instances here not just this one since there are many instances which track their users. One example of an instance which tracks users would be search.hbubli.cc
