@Vonskinnback @notsoloud @randahl it causes the deficit to rise, the economy to prosper and it creates value with whatever was produced with that money.
-
@randahl This is so confusing. Why send a hospital ship to Greenland? I just want everyone to be healthy and happy, no matter where they live.
-
@notsoloud @randahl we can send an oil tanker to Cuba and ask for some Cuban assistance with the health care issue. They have more experience with 3rd world health care issues
-
@randahl at least that sounds well intentioned. American tax payers are already paying for a genocide in Gaza and a siege in Cuba that may also end in genocide. So paying for a hospital ship sounds decent, even if it's unnecessary or a false flag

how great or big is the boat ?
either the most lunatic potus of all time lost his senses completely or he tries to do tricks on @EUCommission
-
@randahl@mastodon.social Mexico will pay for it!

Maybe it is time for another brain scan for the US president.
Another one? But they already didn't find anything in the first one... -
@markus_falk @notsoloud @randahl so why doesn't everyone do this, has Trump discovered the magic answer to neverending growth & prosperity?
-
@randahl He did not say anything about "free". If there's a hospital boat in the port of Nuuk that offers services at US hospital rates, it will probably not attract large crowds.

It may be a Trojan horse. Next thing we know there are lots of little green men without identification or batches but heavily armed running around in Greenland, telling the population to stay indoors or get shot. -
@StOnSoftware
China is already sending solar cells, a longer term solution.
@randahl -
@randahl I have a hard time understanding the intended audience and desired effect for that particular tweet on that channel.
His MAGA base? The American public without free healthcare? Greenlanders with free healthcare? The remaining European public with free healthcare?
-
Not entirely stupid.
Healthcare in Greenland is:
•
Good and dependable for everyday medical needs and emergencies
•
Well-organized given the extreme conditions
•
️ Not comparable to large European countries for specialist or high-tech care
•
️ Heavily dependent on evacuation to Denmark for complex treatment -
