@PaoloParti but of course, this happens everywhere nowadays in public services, you are not actually safe, unless you pay exorbitant sums for 1st class or other luxury special treatment.

@PaoloParti I was a kinda tourist, I guess. I don't make a very good tourista because I never like to waste the little money I have.But the slow train (almost empty) had its unpleasant moments, e.g. near the toilet sat a disheveled character (drunk or on drugs?) who started shouting at me when I tried to use the toilet !

@GustavinoBevilacqua Well, someone called Mamma Giuliana made it look too easy on her channel, but then she was using state-of-the-art equipment, I suspect mine might be ...a kiddies toy (!??) Because there only one setting that works and the other side just refused to accept any dough. The end that worked, made worm-like little ribbons :)) but I'm quite proud of the end result.

I suspect it's a pasta maker (?!!) but I never used one before. What is great is the face on it, if you look closer.

Every moment has a 'golden lining', maybe all we need to do, is to find it:); I woke up feeling terrible, incl. a huge headache and after a while, the most helpful activity was to de-clutter. The ancient dust from unde- the-couch drawer was removed, and a couple of useful items re-discovered. Like this little hand-operated device, which I still need to work out how to use (and what it's purpose is ??) -
